Terms and Conditions for AI FireLabs

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by AI FireLabs (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a leading AI automation agency. By accessing or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Services Provided

AI Fire Labs provides AI automation solutions, including but not limited to:

Custom AI development
Automation systems integration
AI consulting services
AI-driven marketing and business solutions

These services will be provided as per the agreement between AI Fire Labs and the Client, which may be specified in a separate contract or project brief.

2. Use of Services

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information regarding your business and the project scope.

Ensure that the use of our services does not infringe on the rights of any third party or violate any applicable laws.
Use the services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide necessary access to their systems, data, and other resources required to complete the AI automation project.

Appropriately manage and protect their account information and passwords.
Respond promptly to communications from AI FireLabs during the project timeline.

Ensure that any AI solutions provided do not harm or disrupt existing operations or systems.

4. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay AI FireLabs the agreed-upon fees for services rendered, as outlined in the proposal or contract.

Payments are due as specified in the invoice and must be made within [X] days unless otherwise agreed upon.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of [X]% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

Invoices for custom projects or ongoing services will be provided and must be paid before work begins unless specified differently in the agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential and not to disclose any details regarding the project, technical information, business data, or any other confidential material without prior consent from the other party.

6. Intellectual Property

The Client retains ownership of all data and materials provided to AI FireLabs.

AI FireLabs retains ownership of any AI models, algorithms, code, or intellectual property developed during the course of the engagement unless explicitly transferred to the Client as part of the agreement.

Upon full payment for services rendered, any intellectual property rights related to the final product or service, as outlined in the contract, may be transferred to the Client.

7. Limitations of Liability

AI Fire Labs is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the Client due to the use or inability to use the AI automation solutions provided, except for damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

In no event shall AI FireLabs be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party.

If the Client terminates the contract before the completion of the services, the Client will be required to pay for the services rendered up to the date of termination.

AI FireLabs may terminate the agreement if the Client fails to comply with the terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

AI FireLabs is committed to protecting the privacy and security of Client data.

We will collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold AI FireLabs harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their use of the services, including but not limited to any violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of services or these Terms shall be resolved through informal negotiations.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration, as determined by the parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

AI FireLabs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

It is the Client’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
