Job Description:

You will play a key role in promoting our products/services, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and provide regular sales reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop new sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
